    Description of Property:

    Centrally located in Southeast Anchorage this home is perfect for larger groups and families.  It is close to hillside for hiking and skiing, Dimond shopping, and only 15 minutes to downtown or the airport.  The property sits on the corner and has lots of room both inside and out! 

    Aplenglow is a split entry home with stairs as you enter going up or down to bedrooms and baths on both levels.  Downstairs has two large rooms with queen beds and one set up as a second master with bathroom and small fridge and microwave.  Upstairs you also have a master with queen bed and adjoining bath.  There is a bedroom upstairs with two twins and an office with a full size futon.  There is an additional bathroom across the hall from the two bedrooms.  We also have a queen size airbed with linens available if needed on property. 

    The kitchen and living space, located upstairs, is light and bright with lots of windows and high ceilings.    You will enjoy the mountain views from the wrap around deck that can be accessed by a door leading off of the dining area where there is also a propane BBQ for guest use.  Stairs lead down in the rear of the house from the deck to a large, grassy backyard that is fully fenced and very private. 

    A two car garage is available for guest use as well as plenty of off-street parking in front of the garage.
