For Reservations for 14 Days or Less:

• Our properties are organized by number of bedrooms they have and can be found at the top of this site.

• Click on the property of interest on the table to get more information on that property. 
  
• Want to Book?  Click on the availability calendar/Book Online at the top of the site or from one of the many links on each page.
• Enter your arrival date and number of days to see what is available over your requested dates. 
  
• Find the available property that fits your needs and "Click to Reserve".  You will be given a quote for your time period.  Please remember add in the 12% bed tax and cleaning fee.  ALL BILLING is done manually after booking, as our system can be slightly off with certain discounts given. 
  
• You will be asked to enter your information, review our policies, and submit.  A confirmation will follow via email after the reservation has been submitted. 
• Your card is charged the 50% deposit upon reservation.  Please be sure you gave us the billing address for the credit card.
• You will be sent a check-in letter with the address, owner's information, and other information specific to the property two weeks prior to your arrival unless your reservation is within two weeks., in which case it will be sent out after billing is completed.
  

To Book Reservations that are More than 14 Days... Please contact us directly.
Our online booking system does not allow bookings that are over 14 days.  We also offer discounted rates for monthly bookings that do not show in our system.

Discounts:

Book 6 Nights, Get One Free (2 free nights on a 14 day stay)- Discount will show after you "Click to Reserve" but prior to completely your reservation.

(Please note: Some special promotional rates may not receive this additional discount-the system will display discount when booking if it is applicable)

We often run specials that may be lower than our standard rates.  Please use our
Availability Calendar to find the best rate. 


Additional Fees:
Please note there is a 12% bed tax if less than 30 days and a one time cleaning fee for all properties.  Cleaning fees are as follows for reservations less than 14 days: $100 One bedrooms, $125 Two bedrooms, $150 Three bedrooms, $250 for Four Bedrooms.  For bookings 14 days or more the cleaning fee will be doubled.  Monthly cleaning fees are negotiated per contract.
